    I always get irritated with the ‘curiosity killed the cat but satisfaction brought it back’ quote because it’s not true and it also doesn’t make sense. The origin of the phrase dates back to Shakespeare, but the modern variation came around much later and the “satisfaction brought it back” was something that eugene o’niell added on because I guess he preferred it.
